For the AW20 collection, Pia drew inspiration from the artistic genre of Kachō-ga and traditional lacquer work, known as Shikki, celebrating Japan’s flora and fauna. Rich colours and striking shapes are paired with exclusive seasonal embroidery, designed in house at Studio Pia’s London studio.

The classic Studio Pia Strap Thong has been reimagined for the Autumn/Winter season and features Noa’s signature embroidered tulle, enveloping your body in a vibrant forest of autumnal maple trees and intricate Waxwing Birds. The bespoke embroidery is complemented by a scarlet, cruelty-free silk satin trim and a gold plated back detail for added luxe.

Adjustable silk-wrapped side straps help create the perfect fit and 24k gold plated hardware completes the look, ensuring this piece is truly luxurious.

Studio Pia was founded with a fresh approach to sizing that is as much about aesthetics as it is about function.

You will find adjustability throughout each and every piece we create: from our bra backs, which have an adjustability range of 10cm to fit across three band sizes, to our basques, bodysuits, suspenders and bottoms which all have a range of at least two dress sizes.

This adjustable sizing system allows us to cater to many more sizes than fixed sizing would, and means that we don't get left with hard-to-sell sizes at the end of each season. For our customers, it makes finding the right size a breeze and reduces the chances of having to return or exchange. It also allows for weight fluctuations, extending the life of the garment and further reducing unnecessary waste.

With adjustability features throughout our collections designed for their beauty and function, whether you’re trying on your first, or fifteenth Studio Pia set, we recommend you take the time to check and personalise the fit of your new garments.

Achieving the optimum strap settings can make all the difference! If your new lingerie does not fit perfectly on the first try, take the pieces off before adjusting them as this makes the process of moving the sliders easier and reduces the chance of damage. Straps can be adjusted by firmly holding the slider in one hand and the silk strap in the other and working the slider in either direction to lengthen or shorten the strap. Please note, all bottoms should be tried on over your own underwear.

If after adjusting you are still not completely satisfied with your items, you are welcome to return for a refund or size exchange.

Make it Last

Studio Pia collections are constructed to a high quality using some of the finest materials, including cruelty-free organic peace silk, delicate embroidered tulle, and 24k gold plated zamak hardware.

Some natural imperfections may be found in the weave of the silk due to the nature of the material, as well as some slight colour variation as a result of the small-batch dye process used.

Wash by hand in cool water with similar colours using a mild detergent, and then dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry any Studio Pia pieces as this may damage your lingerie and shorten its life span. We also recommend washing and storing your delicate pieces separately to any items that might snag them, such as those with embellishment or hooks etc.

Due to national lockdown and measures put in place to protect our team, orders are currently being shipped once a week via Royal Mail and UPS. Packaging

We offer two packaging options; 'Basic' and 'Luxe'. Select your desired option at checkout.

Basic packaging: Your garments are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and shipped in an unbranded cardboard box. This option is fully recyclable.

Luxe packaging: Your garments are protected inside a branded cotton dust bag, within an FSC recycled card luxury gift box. This is shipped in a cardboard box which is fully recyclable. Currently only large gift box sizes are available, suitable for one or more garments.

Shipping

Shipping costs are inclusive of packaging. Select the desired packaging and shipping service combination at checkout.

Standard shipping: Orders are shipped domestically and internationally using the quickest available tracked Royal Mail/overseas national postal system service.

Express shipping: Orders are shipped internationally using UPS's express carbon-neutral service.

United Kingdom – Special Delivery £9-11

Europe - Standard £13-26 / Express £21-42

Rest of the World – Standard £14-32 / Express £22-45

Free shipping within the UK will be applied automatically to orders with a value of £250 or more after any discounts have been applied.

Complimentary luxe packaging will be available to UK orders with a value of £450 or more after any discounts have been applied.

For customers outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to extra charges and delays during the Brexit transition period. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder.
