We really hope you love your items, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order you are able to return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit note. 

All items must be returned in the original, new and unused condition, with the original label, tags and hygiene stickers attached.

2. Securely pack up your order in the original packaging 

3. Post back to us within 14 days 

UK CUSTOMERS

Our returns portal makes returning or exchanging item(s) hassle free, simply follow the steps to create a pre-paid returns label and drop of your return at your convenience. Returns are free for UK customers and any new shipping for replacing faulty items will be covered by Studio Pia.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Our returns portal makes sending an international return simple, follow the steps to create a pre-paid returns label and any documentation you may need and then drop of your return at your convenience. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or for exchanges you will be taken through to checkout for returning shipping costs.
