X-mas Deliveries & Returns

Delivery

Due to ongoing safety measures and courier disruptions caused by the pandemic, deliveries may take a little longer to reach you this holiday season. We advise you to order as soon as possible to ensure your gift arrives on time. 

We are currently shipping orders twice a week via Royal Mail and UPS. Please check our couriers websites to see if there are any shipping disruptions in your area.

Returns & Exchange

We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange/refund your order provided you contact sales@studiopia.co.uk quoting your name and order number.

For orders placed from the 1st of November we have extended our returns policy. If you are placing an order in the run up to Christmas you have until the 31st of December to inform us of your wish to return your order to receive a full refund.
If you wish to exchange your order please contact us before returning your order to ensure your desired pieces are available. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please ensure all bottoms are tried on over your own underwear
