Delivery

Please be aware that there may be delays to shipping services during the holiday period due to high volumes of shipments. We advise you to order as soon as possible to ensure your gift arrives on time. 

Orders are shipped from our warehouse 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, via Royal Mail (Standard) or Parcelforce (Express) for UK orders, and via Royal Mail (Economy), FedEx (Standard US, Canada & Rest Of World) or UPS (Express) for international orders. Please check our courier's websites to see if there are any shipping issues in your area.

06th December — Cyprus and Malta

07th December — Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic and Poland), France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey

14th December — Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, USA

19th December — UK 

Orders placed after 1pm on final shipping date may not be processed in time for collection.

14th December — Asia/Africa and Rest of World

15th December — Australia & New Zealand

18th December — US & Canada

19th December — Mainland Europe 

21st December — UK

Recommended final shipping dates are based on courier recommendations and shipping times and are subject to change. Contact us for an express shipping date to your location.  Orders placed after 1pm on the final shipping date may not be processed in time for collection.

Returns & Exchange

We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange/refund your order provided you contact sales@studiopia.co.uk quoting your name and order number.

For orders placed from the 19th of November, we have extended our returns policy. If you are placing an order in the run-up to Christmas, you have until the 31st of December to inform us of your wish to return your order to receive a full refund.
If you wish to exchange your order, please get in touch with us before returning your order to ensure your desired pieces are available. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please ensure all bottoms are tried on over your own underwear
