Refund policy

UK & International Returns and Exchanges 

We really hope you love your items, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order you are able to return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or credit note

All items must be returned in the original, new and unused condition, with the original label, tags and hygiene stickers attached

To complete a return simply; 

  1. Go to our returns portal here and follow the steps to complete your return 

  2. Securely pack up your order in the original packaging 

  3. Post back to us within 14 days  
     

UK Customers 

Our returns portal makes returning or exchanging item(s) hassle free, simply follow the steps to create a pre-paid returns label and drop of your return at your convenience. Returns are free for UK customers and any new shipping for replacing faulty items will be covered by Studio Pia.  

 

International Customers 

Our returns portal makes sending an international return simple, follow the steps to create a pre-paid returns label and any documentation you may need and then drop of your return at your convenience. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund or for exchanges you will be taken through to checkout for returning shipping costs  

 

Refunds 

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice via our returns portal within 14 working days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for. 

Once we have received the returned item(s) back at our warehouse and have approved the return, we will issue a refund for the item(s) excluding shipping costs and customs charges. 

Should the receiver refuse delivery and/or customs charges, we will refund the order, minus any additional shipping costs and/or customs charges needed for the order to be returned to sender, and only once the order has arrived back to Studio Pia.

If you have paid via Paypal you may be able to claim back your return shipment expenses, T&Cs apply. For more information visit the Paypal website https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns.

Studio Pia will process your return within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above. If you have paid via Paypal, any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by PayPal and not Studio Pia. 

 

Exchanges 

For customers based in the UK, we are happy to exchange your item(s) for an alternative size, colour or item should you wish, doing this is simple. Simply follow the steps on our returns portal, choose the option to complete an exchange and you can select from any items that are available to choose from. If there is any difference in price between your old and new items you will either be given the option of a refund or credit note for the difference or be taken through to easily pay any extra owed at checkout.  

We currently only offer exchanges for UK customers, customers wishing to exchange from outside the UK should follow the steps to return and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items 

We take every care to produce high quality garments using quality materials and manufacturing, with quality controls at both our factory and warehouse. However in the unlikely event you should receive a faulty or damaged item we will do everything we can to arrange a replacement item for you. If your order is still within the 14 days returns window please complete the return/exchange via our returns portal here. If it is outside of this window please get in contact with us at sales@studiopia.co.uk and we can look to resolve this for you. Any damaged or faulty items returned to us will be reviewed by our team and refunded at our discretion.
