You can add luxe packaging to your order when viewing your cart. On desktop, you may need to scroll down to see luxe packaging options.
Please be aware that we are required to attach an invoice to international packages with prices for customs purposes. We will endeavour to hide any costs, but the customs agents may open any customs information and return it with prices showing. Unfortunately, we cannot control this.
Where possible, send the package to yourself first in order to remove any pricing information before giving to the receiver.
Orders shipping to outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes over which Studio Pia has no control, as they are levied by your tax and customs office.
Customers can choose at checkout between shipping 'Delivered-duty-paid (DDP)' or 'Delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU)'. The customer will be able to see any calculated imports charges at the checkout against the DDP shipping option.
If the customer chooses a DDP shipping option they will pay the amount inclusive of any imports charges at checkout and will not be responsible for paying any further charges once the order has shipped.
If the customer chooses a DDU shipping option then they are the importer of the goods, and therefore will be responsible for these charges. Any import duties, taxes or fees will be invoiced to them directly from the appointed forwarder. Although they can see the calculated imports charges at checkout we cannot guarantee the charges they are invoiced from the forwarder will match this, we therefore recommend contacting their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion. Studio Pia is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back due to procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.

Your order confirmation will be sent to you automatically after you complete checkout. Please check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received an order confirmation. Sometimes the confirmation is there.
However, if you still can't find it, please get in touch with sales@studiopia.co.uk, and we will confirm the order and get the confirmation email sent to you.
In the event of a price change during sale periods, we will honour the price change if you contact us within 24hrs, provided your order has not yet been shipped. We reserve the right for the prices of our products to change without notice.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail Tracked and DHL Express.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after Friday 2pm will be shipped the following Monday. Please check your courier's websites to see if there are any shipping issues in your area. If you require an order for a specific date or want to avoid delays, we recommend shipping via express shipping.
Shipping time varies depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times supplied by couriers are to be used as a guide only, and Studio Pia is not responsible for any courier delays. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive day
All of our orders are shipped inside a plain cardboard box. The name 'Studio Pia' will only appear as the sender on the shipping label.
As our orders usually require a signature, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time.
Your shipping confirmation will be sent to you automatically after you complete checkout.

Tracking can take up to 24hrs to update after an order is marked as filled. If the tracking does not update after this, please email sales@studiopia.co.uk, and we will look into it.
If you are outside of the UK, sometimes packages can get held up at customs in the UK or your delivery country, and the tracking is not updated until the package is on the move again. This usually means the package has not moved, and unfortunately, we do not have any control over this.
If you have any concerns about a lack of tracking updates, please get in touch with us, and we will investigate for you.
Studio Pia cannot accept any cancellations once an order is dispatched or received at the customs point of the destination country. If a shipment is undeliverable at the destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at the destination at the recipient’s responsibility.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
For customers based in the UK, we are happy to exchange your item(s) for an alternative size, colour or item should you wish, doing this is simple. Simply follow the steps on our returns portal, choose the option to complete an exchange and you can select from any items that are available to choose from. If there is any difference in price between your old and new items you will either be given the option of a refund or credit note for the difference or be taken through to easily pay any extra owed at checkout.
We currently only offer exchanges for UK customers, customers wishing to exchange from outside the UK should follow the steps to return and place a new order.
If you would like any advice on an exchange, such as help to pick a different size, please contact sales@studiopia.co.uk.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect you have the right to return your order provided you give us written notice via our returns portal within 14 working days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for.
Once we have received the returned item(s) back at our warehouse and have approved the return, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item(s) excluding shipping costs and customs charges.
Should the receiver refuse delivery and/or customs charges, we will refund the order, minus any additional shipping costs and/or customs charges needed for the order to be returned to sender, and only once the order has arrived back to Studio Pia.
Once your return has been approved, if you have opted to receive store credit, you will receive a gift card via email. This gift card can then be redeemed at checkout against a new order. Store credit is subject to gift card terms and conditions and valid for one year from the date it is issued.
Gift Cards
Yes, gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Gift cards are usually automatically emailed after you complete checkout. However, if our system detects a possible discrepancy with the order information, the gift card send out will be stopped. A member of our team will reach out to you (during working hours) when our system flags a discrepancy. Once confirmed, we will manually send the gift card to you. If you have any concerns, please email sales@studiopia.co.uk
We recommend using your email address and forwarding the recipient the gift voucher. If you use the recipient's email address, we may not be able to contact you if there is any issue with your order.
RESTOCKS
We have two seasonal fashion ranges (SS & AW). Our seasonal fashion ranges are limited and rarely restocked after they have sold out.
Occasionally, if an individual seasonal size is unavailable during the SS or AW period, there is a chance it might be restocked.
If a link you followed brought up no result, it is likely because the item is no longer sold.
We recommend you sign up for our mailing list to be notified when new stock comes in. For information on specific products or sizes, please get in touch with sales@studiopia.co.uk
Occasionally, Pia will choose to bring back a popular range alongside a seasonal collection. This will be announced via our newsletter and social media accounts.
Additionally, we occasionally revive a range to repurpose excess embroidered tulle leftover from the original production, helping to tackle fabric surplus within the industry.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service at this time.

Studio Pia is designed in London and produced in Romania by our partner Atelier Bordelle Productions. Each ABP employee is paid fixed wages regardless of daily output, and efficiency targets are incentivised with bonus schemes.

VIPIA Rewards is a rewards program, allowing you to earn points and receive exclusive treats and benefits, from discounts to early access to sales, free luxe packaging with every order and so much more.
Anyone can sign up to become a VIPIA, whether or not you have made a purchase.
You can earn points by shopping from us as you usually would, and gain 5 points per every £1.00 (GBP) spent.
You can also earn points by completing an activity like following us on Instagram. You can find out more here.
You can access your points balance through your Account page. Here you can see how many points you have available and whether you are able to spend on any Rewards. We will also email you if you have enough points to gain a Reward.
To redeem your points, log in to your accounts and navigate to the 'Rewards' tab on the VIPIA Rewards pop-up in the left-hand corner of the site. There you can select your chosen reward. You will be shown a discount code which can be added to your order at the checkout. You do not need to spend the reward straight away, as it will remain available on your account.
You will receive a unique link which can be shared with a contact of your choice. You earn 500 points when you refer a friend, and they make a purchase over £315 (points activate after 30 days of purchase). You and your friend will also receive 10% off when spending over £350.
VIPIAs exclusive discounts throughout the year, early access to sales, sneak peeks of ranges before launch, and free luxe packaging with every order.
Unfortunately we are not able to back date points at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot transfer points between accounts.
I've made a purchase and my points haven't been added?
Points are not automatically added to your balance after making a purchase. If you have not received points for a recent order, this may be because they are pending.
Approved – These points can be redeemed on rewards at anytime you like.
Pending – These points need to be verified before you can redeem them against a voucher or an order. This typically applies to purchases. The approval period is 14 days.
Cancelled – These points will not be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from pending to cancelled.
If you return your whole order, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your balance. If you return part of your order, the equivalent points will be deducted from your balance. For example, if the returned item is £200, 1,000 points will be deducted from your balance).
If you wish to leave the rewards program, you can contact us and ask to be unenrolled. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to get back to you with confirmation. You can contact us at sales@studiopia.co.uk
Please be aware that if you leave VIPIA Rewards, any points or rewards you have earnt will be lost.
