Yes we certainly do! Simply select a 'Luxe Packaging' option at checkout. 

Complimentary luxe packaging will be available to UK orders with a value of £450 or more after any discounts have been applied.

Certainly. Please write in the 'order note' box in your cart that this order is a gift, and we will happliy include an order slip without prices given.

Please be aware that we are required to attach an invoice to international packages for customs purposes.

Yes! Write a short love note in the 'order note' box in your cart and we will include a personalised, hand-written card with the order.

We do our upmost to get your order safely to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, however this is usually much sooner.

We offer two services: Standard shipping (with Royal Mail and then your national postal service) or Express shipping (with UPS). Both services are tracked and signed where possible, but for countries with an unreliable customs/postal system, we recommend using UPS.

Shipping time varies depending on destination and customs clearance.

Yes. All of our orders are shipped inside a plain cardboard box. The name 'Studio Pia' will only appear as the sender on the shipping label.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason your order isn't right, you're welcome to return it for refund or exchange for another size.

We can only issue a refund for items returned in a new, unused condition with tags and gusset stickers left in place.

Write your name and order reference number on the returns form (enclosed in your order) and include it in the package you are returning. Without this, we cannot retrieve your order record, and therefore cannot process your request.

Send with a secure service and mark international returns package's contents as 'returned goods' to avoid unnecessary customs & imports charges. We will not pay these charges and the package will be returned to you. Retain a copy of your shipping receipt.

Refunds will be processed once the unwanted items are returned to us, providing it meets our returns criteria.

GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards are the perfect way to give someone you love a treat of their choosing.

Simply enter the unique code where prompted at checkout and the gift card balance will be deducted from you order.

Yes, gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Shop in person

Sometimes you've just got to see it to believe it!

We have several options!

1. Check if your local stockist carries your preferred style and size.

2. We usually take part in pop-up shopping events around London throughout the year. Check our events page for the next pop-up.

3. We come to you (within London) with a selection of your favourite Studio Pia styles in a range of sizes, and provide friendly, expert fitting advice in the comfort of your home or hotel room!

For this service, we ask for a £25 deposit paid in advance, which is deducted from any order placed as a result of our visit. Contact us to book your sales visit.

4. We can host private shopping appointments at our Islington studio. Contact us to enquire. Please note it is a working studio, not a showroom.

We don't have our own stores but we are stocked in stores all over the world. Find your nearest stockist here.

RESTOCKS

We have seasonal fashion ranges and continuity ranges. Fashion ranges are rearely restocked whilst continuity ranges are usualy restocked twice a year.

If the link you followed brought up no result, it is likely because the item is no longer sold.

If the product is listed as 'out of stock' or the size is unavailable, there is a chance it might be restocked in future.

We recommend you sign up to our mailing list (scroll down to footer) to be notified when new stock comes in. For information on specific products or sizes, contact us via the contact page.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Looking to improve on excellence?

We can offer some simple alterations, including bra band reduction, strap length shortening etc. for a fee. Contact us with your enquiry. Altered garments cannot be returned/exchanged.

SUSTAINABILITY & ETHICS

We are working towards a more sustainable fashion future.

We only use GOTS certified organic peace silk, a type of real silk made without killing the silkworm. For further information, visit our ethical ethos page.

For every product sold here, we plant one tree in the Indonesian rainforests, in partnership with the charity One Tree Planted.
